"We had the luxury of renting this beautiful top floor in Ventnor for June and July. Lindsay and Michael were the perfect hosts. Everything about this 3 bedroom 2 full bath was perfect. The finishings were top notch as was the decor and location. The kitchen was a dream loaded with everything you could ask for and more. We settled in quickly and found St. Leonard’s Tract a peaceful and friendly neighborhood. The beach is just a short walk with beach buggy included in our stay. The home also came with a brand new barbecue located on the expansive rear deck. We found the neighbors on the street to be very friendly and welcoming to renters. This home was just that-home for 8 weeks. The linens and towels were of great quality. The dishes and cooking utensils were also above what one expects from a rental. This house is as warm and inviting as the hosts. We would highly recommend the place to anybody looking for a special beach getaway with or without children. We will miss our Ventnor experience, but love the memories we made in this over the top beach house. This is one that should not be passed up. "This home is everything you hope it will be and more. Everything is updated, stylish, and modern, yet feels very cozy and like home! Nothing was forgotten in this house. You will love cooking and eating in the brand new, open kitchen. The bathrooms are luxurious, even the towels are plush! We loved the location, the beach is right up the street and the neighbors were all friendly. It’s close to everything you would want to do but away from the busyness of some other shore towns/neighborhoods. We can’t wait to return!"

"We loved our stay at Michael and Lindsay's place! The open concept kitchen/living area is so bright and cozy; we spent most of our time here. The house is just a block and a half from the beach, and we were also able to walk one block in the other direction to see the bay. For dining, we really enjoyed Bocca and sandwiches from White House, both were menus that Michael and Lindsay left behind for us."

"Absolutely perfect vacation! Can’t wait to go back again. Wonderful hosts. Super friendly and responsive. Their place was stunning and clearly a lot of love put into it. We felt like we were home.
